Embajada de la República Argentina en Alemania- Botschaft der Republik Argentinien

El libro "Juego Contemporáneo, escritos sobre arte argentino contemporaneo" ha recibido el apoyo del Embajador argentino en Alemania Sr Guillermo Nielsen (7 de enero del 2010) para la promoción del mismo. También ha felicitado a la autora Mariela Gómez Erro por su aporte a la difusión del arte argentino en Alemania.

Contemporary Play, writing about emerging Argentine arts by Mariela Gomez Erro


The first edition of the book "Contemporary Play" by Mariela Gomez Erro, was published in late October through the record Babel Publishing Group. This book was presented on Tuesday 10 November with the support of the Center for Documentation, Research and Publications, the Centro Cultural Recoleta, Buenos Aires. In this book She recopile writings, dialogues and texts that refer to artists and exhibitions she visited during 2008 to 2009, here translated into German and English. It is an art object-catalog, which takes time, which stops to think from the standpoint of a creator of art. This book proposes to approach, without theoretical complications, the different expressions that coexist in our emerging art, and that are show in single as well as in comprehensive group exhibitions.

Mariela Gomez Erro Chascomus born in 1974 and currently resides in Germany, graduated in Fine Arts and Professor, received at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, co-founder and co-director of the contemporary art gallery in "E Chancho de Plata" (The Silver Pig) in San Telmo. She wrote art reviews for the magazine Ramona and collaborated with several art magazines. As a visual artist and performs Mariellage signing his work with various media (writing on art, pictorial art, digital art, installations, environments, multidisciplinary events, objects, lighting, dolls, photographs and performance). She has made several solo and group exhibitions in Argentina and Germany. She was a member during the 2006 Venus Project, created by Roberto Jacoby, and in 2008 joined the art group Hearts of Bully.
